1. Introduction

Welcome to CODE'OWN..exe. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CODE'OWN..exe platform, including all associated services, websites (dsc.systemology.me, lc.systemology.me), and any URL scanning or redirection functionality provided herein.

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform refers to CODE'OWN..exe and all associated domains and services.
• User refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• Guardian refers to the primary security checking protocol.
• Antivirus refers to the secondary security scanning protocol.
• Session Signatures refers to the individual verification markers generated per session.
• Administrator refers to Sarnowski Arthur, Creator, Editor, Admin, Mayor.

3. Platform Functionality

CODE'OWN..exe is a next-generation code management platform built line by line for each sequence. The platform operates under the following principles:

• Code sequences are protected by dynamic fallback protocols.
• If any part of the code is forced to be broken or used without authorisation, the affected part goes down one line for 100% of the value of possibility to be broken.
• The second sequence goes in the second line, and subsequent sequences follow accordingly.
• Broken parts load faster by the previous code dynamically by going to the next one, avoiding stream, spreading it out and by not being poisoned.

4. URL Scanning and Redirection

The Platform provides URL scanning and redirection services for all websites from the Internet. The process operates as follows:

• URLs are loaded using the overtra.de address to get clear HTTP/HTTPS addresses.
• URLs are then put for scanning and transforming using the required features from dsc.systemology.me and lc.systemology.me.
• After scanning and evaluation, the system redirects to the right website.
• The actions are not visible to the user during the process.
• The process repeats with each loading of the next URL.

5. Security Protocols

All code is checked with Guardian first and at the same time with Antivirus. These systems exchange reports between themselves and evaluate between them and finally between each other. Both give at the end the signatures of their reports to each other that are individual for each session.

The signatures give the possibility to open a website and the other components using any equipment.

6. User Obligations

Users of the Platform agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Guardian or Antivirus protocols.
• Not attempt to break or force any part of the code sequences without authorisation.
• Respect the jurisdiction and administration under which this Platform operates.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Platform is made under the jurisdiction of the London Country ICC LDC administration. All disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be governed by the laws applicable within this jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
